Roberto Henriquez practices labour, employment and human rights law out of Hamilton, serving clients across southwestern Ontario including Brantford, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and the surrounding area. Raised by a union family, he brings that background to his representation of unions and employees in disputes over wages, working conditions and wrongful dismissal. He was called to the bar in 2014 and worked in-house for a large private sector union, at an administrative tribunal, and within Hamilton's municipal government before joining Molyneaux Law in 2019 and then McMahon Molyneaux Henriquez in 2020. His litigation work spans grievance and interest arbitrations, Hospital Labour Disputes Arbitration Act matters, Ontario Labour Relations Board complaints, Human Rights Tribunal applications and WSIAT appeals. He also advises on employment contracts, severance, collective agreements and HR policy, and belongs to the Hamilton Lawyers Association and the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association. He holds an honours degree in cancer genetics and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from McMaster University, along with a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
