About Tracey

Tracey L. Epp, K.C. is a partner at Pitblado Law focused on labour and employment law, representing clients before labour boards, administrative tribunals, and the courts. She assists businesses with drafting and negotiating collective agreements and employment contracts, and acts as an independent investigator on respectful workplace, sexual harassment, and personal harassment complaints. Epp was admitted to the Manitoba Bar in 1990, holds an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba (1989) and a B.A. from the University of Winnipeg (1986), and previously served on the Firm's Executive Committee for seven years. She is a member of the Manitoba Human Rights Adjudication Panel and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for Labour and Employment Law.
