Keith LaBossiere serves as CEO and Managing Partner of Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP, while continuing to practice labour and employment law. He has significant experience in police employment law and public sector labour relations, advising both employers and employees on discipline, termination, and interpretation of collective agreements, and appears as counsel in Labour Board proceedings, grievance arbitrations, and civil courts. He also practices civil litigation in addition to his labour and employment work. Keith was appointed King's Counsel in Manitoba in 2022, and has been recognized repeatedly by Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in Labour and Employment Law. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 1993 and was called to the Manitoba bar in 1994.
