About Eli

Eli Milner is an associate at TDS who practises primarily in human rights, labour and employment, and administrative law. They advise clients on workplace policies, employment contracts, human rights complaints, investigations, discipline, and termination, and have appeared before various courts and administrative tribunals. Eli joined TDS as an articling student in 2020, after working for the Manitoba Human Rights Commission, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2021. They hold a Juris Doctor (2020) and a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Honours, 2015), both from the University of Manitoba. Eli has been a supervising lawyer at the Trans ID Clinic at Rainbow Resource Centre since 2020 and previously co-chaired the Manitoba Bar Association's Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Community section.
