David leads the firm's labour and employment practice, advising primarily employers on workplace law matters including collective bargaining, unionization and grievances, employment contracts, termination, workplace standards and human rights concerns. His clients include a significant share of Manitoba's school divisions, and he has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba and various tribunals and labour arbitration boards.
