About Olivia

Olivia practises primarily in employment law, acting for both employers and employees on wrongful dismissal claims, severance package reviews, workplace accommodation, personnel policies, human rights, and general employment litigation. She also practises general civil litigation, including estate litigation, personal injury, negligence, contract disputes, and construction claims. After graduating from UND law school and passing the bar exam, Olivia practised family law in North Dakota and Minnesota from 2019 until February 2023, before returning to her hometown of Winnipeg to join DFS Kaneski UnRuh LLP. She was admitted to the North Dakota Bar in 2019, the Minnesota Bar in 2020, and the Manitoba Bar in 2023, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers Honour Society in 2019.
