About Mark

Mark leads an advocacy and advisory practice most notably in municipal and administrative law, advising institutional, corporate and individual clients on municipal tax assessment, planning and administrative issues. He has extensive experience with real property valuation, rent renewal arbitrations, expropriation and property tax valuation disputes, having appeared before Boards of Revision and the Manitoba Municipal Board. Mark also practises employment law, appearing before the Manitoba Labour Board, the Canadian Human Rights Commission and the Supreme Court of Canada.
