About Tony

Tony Sandhu is a founding partner of Linley Welwood practising business and corporate law, real estate law, and wills and estates. He advises clients on setting up new businesses, incorporation, contract drafting, and buying and selling businesses across a broad range of industries and business sizes, and assists with business succession and estate planning, including corporate reorganizations and estate freezes. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Simon Fraser University in 2001 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in 2004, and was called to the BC Bar in 2005. He also acts as counsel for several institutional lenders on commercial financing transactions.
