About Mark
Mark Warkentin is a founding partner and Managing Partner of Linley Welwood, practising real estate transactions and development, business transactions, financing and corporate/commercial law. He earned a BA magna cum laude from the University of Saskatchewan in 1988 and a J.D. from the University of British Columbia Law School in 1992, and was called to the BC Bar in 1993. He has served as President of the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce (2017-2019), on the Abbotsford Police Board (2016-2021) and the board of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2014-2017), and was elected as an Abbotsford City Councillor in 2022. He is active with the Canadian Bar Association and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
