About Sheri
Sheri Yakashiro is a partner at RDM Lawyers and heads its corporate and wills and estates departments. She advises clients on business law, real estate and wills and estate planning, and oversees mergers and acquisitions across industries including agriculture, food services and professional practices. A native of Abbotsford, she earned her undergraduate degree in criminology and psychology from Simon Fraser University before completing her law degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2010. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2012, completed her articles with RDM, and joined the partnership in January 2020. Yakashiro is active in the Fraser Valley community, including with Character Abbotsford and Big Brothers and Sisters of the Fraser Valley, and belongs to the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (British Columbia) Society.
