About Howard
Howard Wiens is a partner at Linley Welwood who limits his practice exclusively to acting for developers on land development projects. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Trinity Western University in 1987 and a Bachelor of Laws from UBC Law School in 1992, and was called to the bar by the Law Society of BC in 1993. He moved to Abbotsford that year to begin practising with Ed Fast and Lorne Welwood, and has remained with the firm through its various names, including Fast & Welwood, up to its current name, Linley Welwood.
