About Arman

Arman Sabet Rasekh is an associate lawyer at Linley Welwood practising labour and employment law, representing both employees and employers, as well as estate litigation. He completed his Bachelor of Arts with distinction from Simon Fraser University and received his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law in 2023, and was called to the BC Bar in 2024. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Abbotsford District Bar Association, and the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce's Company of Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs.
