About David

David Letkemann is a founding partner of Linley Welwood, practising civil litigation, including shareholder disputes, real estate, personal injury, commercial, estate and construction law. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 1992 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1995, articling at the predecessor firm Linley Duignan and being called to the bar in 1996. He became a founding partner of Linley Welwood in May 2010. Letkemann completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program in 2022, earning the ICD.D designation, and has participated in numerous Supreme Court of British Columbia trials and BC Court of Appeal hearings. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and the Institute of Corporate Directors, and serves as a director of First West Credit Union.
