About Justin

Justin Klassen is an associate lawyer at Linley Welwood who provides contractors, developers, property owners and supply companies in the Eastern Fraser Valley with strategic advice on construction and property litigation, and drafts and reviews construction contracts. He regularly appears before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of BC and before administrative tribunals on builders lien, breach of contract, and property and construction disputes. Raised in Abbotsford, he studied history at the University of the Fraser Valley before earning his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2019, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2020. During law school he received the Dean's Course Prize for Wills and Estates and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Prize, and holds a Certificate of Construction Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law and L'Association des juristes d'expression française de la Colombie-Britannique.
