About Zach

Zach Pashley is an associate lawyer at CM Lawyers focused on business law, real estate, and wills and estates, including asset and share purchase transactions, corporate incorporations and reorganizations, commercial financing, leasing, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Victoria in 2011 and his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2014, and was called to the bar in 2015. Before joining CM Lawyers, he practiced income tax law in Vancouver and Kelowna, and he currently sits as a community member of the North Okanagan Clinical Ethics Committee.
