About Todd
Todd Lee's general litigation practice focuses on insurance law, sports and recreation law, and employment law, including defending construction and product liability claims, providing coverage opinions, and defending catastrophic personal injury claims. He has helped clients implement waiver of liability programs in the sports and recreation industry. Lee earned his LL.B. from the University of Alberta Law School in 1992 and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1993. He is a director of the Association of Ski Defence Attorneys and the Canada West Ski Areas Association.
