About Todd

Kathol is a trial and appellate lawyer handling commercial and construction litigation, representing general contractors, owners, subcontractors, engineers, insurers, rural municipalities, and creditors in property damage, bonding, tendering, construction lien, and professional liability disputes. He has also acted for sureties, hospitals, manufacturers, developers, and oilfield service providers, and has extensive motion, trial, and appeal experience before the Alberta Court of King's Bench and Court of Appeal. He holds a Master of Laws focused on construction law.
