About Kathleen

Kathleen Wells is the founder of Wells Family Law and practices family law exclusively, including property division, spousal support, child support, and custody matters, along with mediation and litigation. She has more than 20 years of experience practicing family law in Lethbridge, Calgary, and the East Kootenays region of British Columbia. She is a member of both the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of British Columbia, and works with clients in Alberta and southern B.C. through a mix of in-person and remote meetings.
