About Reza

Reza Sarsangi is an associate in the Capital Markets Group focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, and regulatory compliance. He regularly acts for investment banks and issuers in public offerings, private placements, and going-public transactions, and advises on corporate governance and continuous disclosure matters. He holds a J.D. from Western University and a B.Com. from Ryerson University (graduating with distinction) and has completed the Osgoode Certificate in Mining Law.
