About Todd

Todd J. Burke is a partner in the Ottawa office with more than 30 years of practice experience in complex commercial litigation, insurance defence, professional liability, and crisis management. He represents national and international clients across multiple sectors and is experienced in all forms of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and international arbitration. He was the winner of the Lexology Client Choice Award for Litigation in Canada in 2021 and is recognized in Lexpert, Best Lawyers in Canada, and Benchmark Litigation. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and accepts appointments as an arbitrator.
