About Cathy

Cathy Beagan Flood litigates complex commercial and regulatory cases and defends class actions involving privacy, antitrust, product liability, and consumer protection matters. She represents clients experiencing data breaches and cybersecurity incidents. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in 20 appeals and was law clerk to Chief Justice Antonio Lamer from 1997 to 1998.
