About Tanner
Tanner Kyle is an associate whose civil and commercial litigation practice includes defamation, insurance, and personal injury claims, along with representing regulated professionals facing misconduct allegations. He has appeared before several administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Land Tribunal, and takes particular interest in administrative and constitutional issues. Before joining the firm, Tanner articled and practised at a Toronto firm focused on environmental, Indigenous, and energy law. He graduated from Carleton University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology, concentrating in Health Science, placing in the top 3 percent of his class, and later pursued graduate studies on challenges facing northern Canadian communities. Tanner attended law school at Western University, where he received an award for excellence in corporate law and was named to the Dean's Honour List.
