About Tina
Tina Saban is an associate in Osler's Privacy and Data Management Group. She advises clients on privacy, data management, and cybersecurity matters, with extensive experience handling data security incident response, including multi-faceted data extortion attacks affecting private, health, and public sector clients. Tina Saban's practice also includes privacy advisory work, such as helping clients manage privacy risks in business decisions, advising on information management and governance practices, and reviewing privacy provisions in commercial agreements. She has been recognized by Chambers and Partners as an Associate to Watch for privacy and data protection nationwide. She holds a Juris Doctor and an Honours Bachelor of Arts, both from the University of Toronto.
