About Justin

Justin Perry-Daiter is building a commercial and civil litigation practice at BYLDS that includes shareholder and corporate disputes, general civil disputes, professional negligence defence, and residential and commercial leasing disputes. He has appeared before Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. During law school he took part in moots and negotiation workshops and completed the Osgoode Business Clinic alongside a national law firm. He earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022 and a BA from the University of Toronto in 2018, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. He is fluent in both English and French.
