About Abigail

Abigail practises in the firm's Employment and Labour Group out of the Vancouver office. Her practice spans a range of employment law matters, including advising employers on issues such as human rights, terminations and executive pay. She also advises on diversity and inclusion initiatives, workplace policies, and compliance with applicable human rights legislation, primarily for clients in the emerging companies and technology industry. Abigail provides transactional support as well, including work on corporate reorganizations and share and asset purchase transactions. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia's Peter A. Allard School of Law.
