About Paul

Paul joined Mills & Mills LLP after articling there in 1975 and became a partner in 1981. He advises business clients on incorporations, sales and acquisitions of assets or shares, shareholders' agreements, and other commercial contracts. His real estate work covers purchases, sales, and mortgages of both commercial and residential properties, and his estates practice includes planning, drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, and administering estates. Paul was called to the bar in 1975, holds a B.A. from Glendon College at York University, and earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1973. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and has served on the boards of the Rotary Club of Toronto and Youth Employment Service.
