About Tibor

Tibor Sarai has practised as a litigation lawyer for more than thirty years, with a commercial litigation practice covering commercial lease disputes, commercial contracts, franchise litigation, estate litigation, construction lien litigation and trust claims, wrongful dismissal, oppression remedies under the OBCA and CBCA, partnership disputes, guardianship litigation, and trademark, patent, and copyright litigation. He is able to communicate with clients in German, French, and Hungarian. Tibor holds a Master's in Intellectual Property from York University, obtained in 2004, double Honours Bachelor's degrees in English and German from McMaster University earned Summa cum Laude, and a Doctorate of Law from Queen's University. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1989 and belongs to the Halton and Hamilton Law Associations, the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates Society, and the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
