About David
David Boxen has practised business law in Ontario for more than 13 years, working on matters like entity formation, reorganizations, corporate governance, acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing and other business contracts. David was called to the Ontario bar in 2011 after earning an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008, and holds a BA Honours from the University of Toronto in history, philosophy and East Asian studies. Before joining FDH, David taught commercial law and international trade regulation at a university in Chongqing, China.
