About Denise
Denise Hebb is an associate lawyer practicing wills and estates and family law, with over 25 years of experience. The wills and estates work includes drafting wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and guardianship applications, while the family law practice covers negotiated settlement agreements, marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and custody arrangements. Denise believes in building a personalized, tailored plan for each client on a solid foundation of understanding. Denise was called to the Ontario Bar and began practising law in 1998, after earning a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa in 1996 and a Bachelor of Arts with honours from McMaster University in 1992. A lifelong resident of Burlington, Denise is active as a community volunteer and school council representative.
