About James
James Tuck has been practicing business law for more than 25 years, covering incorporations, reorganizations, and the purchase and sale of businesses. The real estate work spans commercial, industrial, and residential transactions and financings, while the land development practice touches project consulting, new home construction, and condominium sales. James earned a law degree from Osgoode Hall in 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts with honours from McMaster University in 1991, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1996, with an emphasis on dependable, efficient client service and building lasting relationships with clients. A lifelong Burlington resident, James has also served on the board and as president of the city's Sound of Music Festival.
