About Jessie
Jessie Sipione is a partner and real estate lawyer with over 15 years of experience in residential, commercial and land development transactions across Ontario. That practice covers buying and selling homes, condominiums and commercial properties, refinancing with institutional and private lenders, transfers of title, survivorship applications, conversions to Land Titles Absolute, and easements and encroachments involving municipal and private lands. Jessie was called to the Ontario bar in 2011 after articling at a boutique Toronto firm and joined the firm in 2017, holding an LLB from the University of Manitoba (2009) and a BA (Honours) in Economics from Carleton University. Jessie co-founded BNI Prestige in Burlington and serves on BNI's Golden Horseshoe regional support team, and volunteers with the United Way of Halton & Hamilton.
