About David
David Di Gregorio is a partner at KMB Law who leads the firm's Banking and Financial Services Team and is also part of the Real Estate and Land Development Team. His commercial real estate practice covers the purchase and sale of commercial properties and land, along with commercial leasing, for corporations, small businesses, developers, financial institutions, and private lenders. On the secured lending side, he advises financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers on debt financing of all kinds, including real estate financings, construction and project financing, asset-based lending, and other secured and unsecured credit facilities. He earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2007 and went on to complete his J.D. at the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law. David stays active in the Greater Toronto Area business community through an extensive network of contacts.
