About Aaron

Aaron M. Stone is a partner advising businesses and enterprises across corporate, commercial, and real estate law. He helps clients establish businesses, draft and negotiate contracts and shareholder agreements, buy and sell businesses and assets, and complete secured transactions and real estate deals. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015.
