Suzanna Winsborough is the Managing Partner at KMB Law and leads the firm's Business and Estate Succession Group. Her practice covers personal estate planning, family business succession, and corporate reorganization for individual and corporate clients. She has extensive experience with complex estate planning tools, including multiple will strategies, Henson trusts, other testamentary trusts, and inter vivos trusts such as joint partner and discretionary family trusts used in tax planning. A significant part of her work involves estate freezes and other tax-driven reorganizations that help transition family businesses to the next generation. Suzanna earned her LLB from the University of Windsor in 2006 and her BA from the University of Toronto in 2000, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2006. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
