Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionMark Klaiman has practised law in Ontario since being called to the bar in 1982. He began his career in insurance defence litigation before moving into general civil litigation in 1986, building a practice that covers real estate disputes, commercial conflicts, franchise matters, estates, wrongful dismissal, professional malpractice claims, and construction disputes. He has conducted more than 200 trials before Ontario courts, in both jury and non-jury proceedings, and has argued a matter before the Supreme Court of Canada. Mark holds a BA from McGill University, an LLB from the University of Windsor, and an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School. He belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Toronto and York Region Law Associations.
