Partner at Conway Baxter Wilson LLP/s.r.l.
Thomas G. Conway has practiced as a litigator since his call to the bar in 1989, maintaining a broad trial and appellate practice before all levels of court, administrative tribunals, and commercial arbitrations. He also advises clients on resolving complex disputes through negotiation, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution. Along with Colin Baxter and David Wilson, Tom founded Conway with the goal of focusing the firm on complex litigation work. Before founding Conway, he was a litigation partner at a national firm, where he headed the Ottawa litigation group for several years. Tom has served as Treasurer of the Law Society of Upper Canada, President of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, and President of the County of Carleton Law Association, and he has been recognized as one of Canada's leading lawyers in corporate and commercial litigation by Best Lawyers in Canada and Lexpert.
