About Jonathon

Jonathon is a partner who joined Hull & Hull in 2012. He spent his first decade in practice handling a wide range of commercial and civil litigation, with particular focus on corporate disputes such as director and shareholder remedies, breach of fiduciary duty, oppression, contract disputes, and real estate litigation. He has appeared at every level of court. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.Comm from McGill University, and was called to the bar in 2002 after completing Osgoode's Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and co-hosts episodes of the firm's Hull on Estates podcast on estate and trust litigation topics.
