About Theresa
Theresa practices family law, civil litigation and estates law. Her family law work covers cohabitation and marriage agreements as well as the issues arising from relationship breakdown, including divorce, custody and access, child support, spousal support and complex property division involving pensions, businesses and trust-based equitable claims. She has appeared in both trial and appellate courts in Ontario and is a certified collaborative family law lawyer who also participates in negotiated settlements outside the court system. Her wills and estates practice includes preparing estate plans, wills, powers of attorney and trusts, along with estate administration and representation in estate litigation. She also takes on a range of civil disputes, including contract disputes, employment issues, wrongful dismissal, real property disputes and personal injury claims.
