Mark practices family law in Eastern Ontario, advising clients on cohabitation and marriage agreements as well as the issues that arise on marriage breakdown, including divorce, property division and equalization, spousal support, and custody and access. His family law files often involve complex advocacy and trial work connected to family businesses. He also maintains a commercial litigation practice covering contract disputes, corporate and shareholder issues, employment matters, banking litigation, leases and insolvency. Mark represents individual clients in wrongful dismissal, real property disputes and estate litigation, and has appeared before both trial and appellate courts in Ontario.
