About Chris
Chris practices civil and commercial litigation, employment law and family law, and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Registrar in Bankruptcy and the Small Claims Court. He is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation and collaborative law. Before joining Viner Kennedy, Chris practiced as a general litigator in the Greater Toronto Area. He earned his law degree from the University of Western Ontario, where he received the Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP award for highest standing in corporate finance law, and completed exchange programs at the University of Mannheim in Germany and Duke University's Asia-America Institute in Transnational Law in Hong Kong. Chris also holds a commerce degree from Queen's University's Smith School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
