M. Wajahat Faizan holds a Juris Doctor, an LL.M. from Aberdeen Business School in Scotland, and an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London, plus certifications in Construction Law and Public Policy from Osgoode Hall. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2020 and worked in real estate, commercial, and immigration law at a boutique firm before joining Kormans LLP. His practice now centres on residential and commercial real estate deals, financing, wills and estate planning, and contractual matters, with particular experience in Islamic wills and Sharia-compliant financing.
