About Cormac
Cormac is a partner practicing corporate, commercial and real estate law. He advises established and emerging businesses on business structures, corporate organization and governance, shareholder and partnership agreements, the sale of businesses and the negotiation and documentation of business transactions. As a member of the firm's real estate group, he also advises on the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of real property. Cormac joined the firm as an articling student in 2009, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010, and became a partner in 2017. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Frontenac Law Association.
