About Tessa

Tessa Warmelink is a senior associate in the Ottawa office practicing in the Advocacy Department. Her litigation practice focuses on medical defence, health law, and professional liability. She started her career at the firm in professional liability and insurance defence litigation and subsequently worked as in-house litigation counsel to a large Canadian insurance company. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario in personal injury and professional liability actions and has developed specialized experience in assessing damages in complex and high-value personal injury claims.
