About Teddy
Teddy Comeau is a Partner whose practice covers commercial and residential real estate, with a particular focus on commercial financings including construction, acquisition, and equity take-out matters. He advises lenders, investors, and developers on commercial real estate transactions involving commercial and multi-unit residential developments, and regularly supports senior colleagues on acquisitions, sales, financing, and planning for such projects. Teddy also advises land developers on subdivision and land use planning, and his practice extends to residential real estate transactions, landlord and tenant matters, and commercial leasing. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, and the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia, and sits on the Board of Directors of Partners for Care. Teddy earned his J.D. from Dalhousie University in 2011 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2012.
