About Anthony

Anthony Wong is the founder of Meritus Law, a Burnaby-based firm advising individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and privately held companies on estate planning, corporate and commercial matters, real estate transactions, and tax planning. His estate planning practice covers wills, powers of attorney, trust structures, incapacity planning, estate freezes, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, while his corporate practice includes business formation, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, reorganizations, and succession planning for family-owned businesses. He also advises on residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, and a Master of Tax Law (LLM) from York University. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP).
