About Sheila

Sheila Evani is a business and real estate lawyer whose core practice areas include corporate structuring and governance, commercial transactions and advisory services, real estate, and lending. She also advises social enterprises, non-profits and registered charities on their social ventures and community economic development projects, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2005. Born and raised in the Fraser Valley, Evani lives in Chilliwack and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta.
