About Danna

Danna Shan is associate counsel at Henderson & Lee Law Corporation, assisting clients with corporate and business, real estate, family law, wills and estate, and notary and authentication matters. She articled with the firm before joining as an associate, working in both litigation and solicitor practice. She holds a Master of Laws (Common Law) from the University of British Columbia along with further LLM degrees from the University of Cambridge and Renmin University in China, and has strong experience in solicitor work including family agreements, will drafting, and business law matters.
