About Douglas

Douglas Qi practises Business Law, Real Estate, and Wills, Estates and Trusts at DuMoulin Boskovich, serving clients with complex domestic and cross-border needs across China, Canada, and the United States. He previously served as an Associate Professor of Law at China University of Political Science and Law and began his legal career in Silicon Valley advising technology companies before returning to China to counsel multinational clients on market entry and compliance. Douglas holds a B.S. in Applied Chemistry from Peking University and a J.D. from Yale Law School (1999), and is admitted to the Bar in British Columbia (2026), California (2000), and holds a China Legal Profession Qualification Certificate (2003).
