About T.

Terry is Counsel practicing business law in McInnes Cooper's Saint John office, representing local, provincial, national and international clients on financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, start-ups, reorganizations, commercial real estate development, licensing and regulatory matters. He also advises on succession planning and provides general legal advice to owners and management of small and medium-sized businesses, including related real estate, wills, probate and estate matters. A native of Saint John, Terry was called to the New Brunswick bar in 1978 and received his Queen's Counsel designation in 2000. He is a member of the Saint John Law Society, the New Brunswick Law Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
