About Keisha

Keisha Wright maintains a corporate commercial practice covering mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, equity financings and commercial agreements. She advises public and private companies, financial institutions, start-ups, universities and government institutions. Her work includes acting as lender counsel on financing transactions in wind, solar and tidal renewable energy, affordable housing and construction, and advising start-ups and early-stage companies on corporate governance and equity offerings. Wright also acts for public and private companies on general securities matters, including equity and note offerings. She earned her JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2018 and a BA from Dalhousie in 2015.
